The show is making fun of people that think twice about having their food served by HIV+ people.

This is a bullshit move on their part for the following reason:

From a statistical point of view, the population of people that have HIV have a lot higher incidence rate of many other diseases including:

AIDS, MRSA, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Lymphogranuloma Venereum, Parasites, Proctitus, Hepatitis, Shigellosis, Anal Cancer, Mental Health Issues, Gay Bowel Syndrome
